Even after blowing todays calories out of the water, feeling pretty confident with serious reductions in alcohol and increased gym time planning. Goals are important. Let the chips fall where they may. We’ll grind them up! 💪💪

I feel ya on the alcohol, that's my weakest spot. Proud of you and thanks for the motivation friend!

I can’t take credit. I was encouraged by a Bio post here somewhere months ago. I guess it started a spark. So, if my post could encourage others that’s good. Sometimes I think God uses us if we just step out of our comfort zone to reveal a struggle. Lots of calories in most of that stuff too so it’s really a no brainer in weight loss.
