I have been drifting but hopped on the scale this AM. I know I can't eat like that and lose weight. Despite that I lost .2. Getting back on track is my goal.
110.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
