Well, I did P90X Plyometrics two days ago.
I did P90X Shoulders and Arms yesterday and went jogging this morning.

I ate about 800calories according to FS.

My body is just more burning any fat it seems.
83.8 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

800 total or 800 for breakfast? That's not enough calories for anyone to sustain life let alone if exercising.

Yea you could still lose with double that calories. If that’s your total you are just weakening your body.
