This is an unexpected drop because I haven't really been tracking since the Christmas break, just eating intuitively. I've also been under massive stress so this is a much needed win💪🏾😀
80.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
