Well, the Christmas festivities are finally over. Had a gathering each of the last 2 days. Too much over indulging for too long. I’m ready to get back to eating sensibly and getting back into the exercise routine, I’ve been slacking too long and I feel it. This is the most I’ve weighed in 6 or so months😬
60.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
