Finally getting my weight back down. I just finished my first week of physical therapy. I have to go back on Wednesday and Friday. They're closing their doors on February 3rd. Has anyone done physical therapy for a month, and not done it further and been ok just continuing with home assignments?

163.1 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg. Still to go: 95.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey yes I was in PT for 16 week’s outpatient and 6 week inpatient. I miss it because it was like going to the health club .. I have struggled with discipline on my own, it’s been about a month and a half since ending the program and I just joined my local Kroc center to go over there and get active more BECAUSE IM NOT ON VACATION!! Jesus Kimlas 😅😀🏊🏽‍♀️
