Well I will have a cheat day tomorrow for my birthday, but I like the direction the scale is going.

Let's see if i can get to my target with by the end of January 2023.
82.5 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
