Starting my Weight Loss Journey yet again. First weigh in for 2023. Have gained a lot over the festive season and not been tracking or exercising. What will be different this year? I will be focusing on consistency and healthy habits and not just be chasing the number on the scale. Goal is to loose half a kilogram ( 1 pound ) a week.
Drink 2L of water daily.
Stick to my calories (2000 a day) that's a 600 calorie daily deficit.
And get in 30 minutes of exercise every day, even if it's just walking.
Let's do this 😁
128.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 58.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
