Past couple days ive been eating more then usual-no surprise there with the holidays. These past few manths, Ive been strengthening my ability to feel and respect my hunger cue/fullness level. This week, the bloat is real. i waited 5 hrs to eat in between meals today, as i wasn't hungry. Still, I went past my 1800kcal limit today, and feel excessively full. tomorrow i want to stay below 1800.
