Well, the damage has been done but so worth it when you get to sit down and share a meal with family. Secret is not to give up, back onto the healthy eating plan, hopefully there will be some progress next week.
131.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 51.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I do find a lot of people believing they can pick up a KG of fat in a day. That would mean eating 7700 calories above your maintenance. Remember when we eat a lot of carbs over this time, our water retention fluctuates and your weight will fluctuate until eating normal again.
