Although I enjoyed myself way too much yesterday being Christmas and all, oh boy went way over my allowed macros etc., I was back on track today and fairly happy with my weigh-in this morning.
Need to continue with this lifestyle change till I'm my desired weight and hopefully in the process not fall off the "wagon" again.
