In just a day, knocked off 3kg, which clearly showing major water retention.
Also kept within my Calorie count that I set for myself on 1800KCal for a day.
Motivation is a persons' biggest challenge as our motivation can cause us as humans to go on a down spiral and or upwards. Mine I've definitely determined will be upwards!!
