I was doing so well, then since May just started gaining weight again, though still eating the same way I did till then, which made me felt like what the heck.....So I sort of gave up then and there with my weight loss progress.
Decided yesterday after noticing I can't seem to fit in some of my clothes again, THAT IS IT!!!
STARTING MY WEIGHT LOSS AIM AGAIN, even though it is just before Christmas.
There is NO better time than right away!!! So here I go again.
