Well, that was disappointing. Despite doing really well staying under my calorie goals for the past week, no weight loss whatsoever and maybe even slight gain. Making me consider more seriously the deleterious impacts of night shifts and irregular sleeping patterns and their contribution to weight gain. 🥺
64.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
