May not hold on to the downward trend. I burned calories @ the Gym today but ate more, too. Hard to figure out the calorie count for tonight's stew. I weighed the carrots, potatoes & beef as I made the stew, but they were already coated with some of the gravy. In the end we didn't eat quite all of it.

Tomorrow the weather is supposed to turn colder. There is rain in the forecast, so depending on time of day & how cold it is, it may turn to snow or ice. A bit of snow is OK, but we don't need any ice.

Hubby is going to run errands tomorrow & I'll do some laundry. I can wrap his Christmas gifts & get them under the tree.

I've been increasing the incline on the Treadmill in increments & it's helping me burn more calories. I skipped the bike today cause Hubby was tired after his workout & ready to go. His first day back after our break. I did get in a full routine on the mat & some on the weight machines. I was getting tired, too. I usually skip a day between workouts. We'll go Friday if the weather permits. Otherwise, I may have to do a workout at home.

It's quiet here since the girls left on Monday. We had a good visit, but it can get a bit chaotic with a 1 year old. We tried to get some down time between activities, but it was still busy. One big difference is my daughter wanted to do 3 regular meals a day & I'm used to 2 & an afternoon snack. My Great-granddaughter eats regular food & my Granddaughter is pregnant again. I felt like we were constantly eating! I ate my usual breakfast. We had lunch out a several days & dinner a couple of times. My daughter has always had a big appetite. She was thin in spite of it til a few years ago. She's not overweight by a lot (about 20 lbs.) but has gained some. She talks about losing weight but doesn't have the patience to count calories. She downloaded the FS app but I don't think she ever used it. I had to bite my tongue to prevent me from offering advice, that would not have been appreciated. I was eating & drinking some treats too, but I tried hard to keep my portions in line. I did fine cause I was only up a couple of lbs.

Well, off to bed for me. 👓📚😴 💤💤💤
