hmm not much to say. just loving my intermittant fasting 18/6

once i get close to 185lb i will start exercising a bit more and increase caloric intake to 1000-1200 daily.
86.0 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
