seems to be the typical number for me on sundays after diet cheat day.
fun food tip: rehydrating your raisins turns them into quite a nice treat. I use raisins as my carb/potassium before exercise. so the night before, I'll put them in the fridge soaking in some water and in the morning they are plump and juicy and i speculate that maybe they digest better?
70.8 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
