-OMAD or 16:8 IF I'm not stick just depends on my mood.
-Low carb ,moderate fat and protein
-sugar free juice
-Swimming for 2hr.
121.5 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.9 kg a Week
