I flew by my original goal of 135 then set a new one of 130. I really felt that was probably going to be where the scale settled but wow, I was wrong! Today I set 4 ounces away from 125. I'm 5'6" and have no diet restrictions - just logging my calories <1200 and trusting the process.
56.9 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
