Lifted for an hour. Walked dogs twice. Then ate a tremendous amount of disgusting food yesterday. 🙄 Today's plan... gym, walking, straighten house before it gets out of hand and make good food choices.
100.8 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've been midnight snacking again. It really irritates me that I'm craving food in the middle of the night, because this is not something I've normally done before.

Shir... the only time I don't eat. 😆 I keep it so cold in here that when I get up to go to the bathroom, I can't wait to go back to bed. Try that. Lol.
