Meant to enter this AM. I see value in weighing in daily. If I can lose 200g a day that means over a kilo lost a week. Obviously this will only last a few kilos as it becomes more difficult to shed later on.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
