I am so proud. It looks like I’ll reach my goal before the year ends.
I have tried so many times to lose weight in the past and didn’t stick with it long enough to see any results so I am in shock I got it right this time.
I haven’t counted calories in months, I just eat when I’m hungry, whole foods mostly, and workout regularly. It doesn’t feel like I’m restricting myself because I eat whatever I crave in moderation. It feels like I’m just living normally and that was the ultimate goal!
