davidsprincess's Journal, 25 Nov 22

Period. Day after Thanksgiving. And overeating most days for awhile. Gym today. Getting measurements and getting back to it. Was supposed to have a four day weekend that I was so looking forward to but someone has covid and there is no one else to cover so I have to work 3-11. Have 75 percent of my Christmas stuff up but planned on getting the outdoor done today while it's 50 degrees. I'll see if I can squeeze it in with everything else otherwise it will have to wait until tomorrow. The dogs do nothing but attack each other and rough house all day long and I'm having serious regrets about getting the second one. I may stick a bow on his neck and gift him to my mom for Christmas. For now we are getting ready for our first walk of the day. Pablo is thrilled. Oscar knows "walk" means something... but he can't quite remember what. Bless his heart. Happy day after, all.

Sorry you have to go in to work, that's no fun. Sounds like the dogs just need to grow up a bit. Took me two minutes to decorate, hung the wreath on the door. I've quit decorating the house as I'm never home for Christmas anymore.

DP I love how you keep it real and in perspective. Sorry for reality biting. It bites us all in the ass at its choosing. And I have not begun to decorate yet. But tomorrow I will “sleigh” that dragon. 😂 Hope your Saturday doesn’t suck.🤗

❤️ I hope you get to enjoy a portion of your weekend at home. You're ahead of me decorating. I still have all of it to tackle.
