Oh boy! It has been a while since I’ve tracked. Lots of emotional stuff happened over the past few months but I am hoping things have settled. I am definitely an emotional eater but have reined things in recently. I appreciate the support of this community and the insights gained through tracking.

A warm welcome back :) Life sure can cook up some unexpected adventures, huh. Something about your comment got me thinking about how much more is rolled into trying to get healthier than just grams, kcals, minutes and lbs. The emotional side of all this might have the biggest impact of all. Wishing you all the best as things stabilize. You got this!
