Time to reel it in. I went the wrong direction. I need to get better about things. I traveled to town twice. Then I ate what I darn well pleased.
162.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 94.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I like to "indulge" in some fresh rotisserie chicken when I start thinking about food too much. I give in but I don't go overboard. Out maybe a quarter pound of deli meat. A half pound if I'm feeling really neglected and suffering (which I'm not, I just feel that way!).
