So, week 1 of the 21-day fix is done, and I'm down nearly 4 lbs. Not bad. I'd say I stayed with the plan somewhere between 90 & 95%, same with my No Junk Food November pledge. Last night the same customer that brought me a pumpkin spice latte last week brought me a Starbucks sugar cookie. Very sweet of him. Anyway, I took a few bites, probably ate about 1/3 of it before I tossed the rest. But today when I went to vote, I walked past the free cookies that were laid out, so score one for me! I've also kept up the daily exercise, though admittedly I don't always make it to an hour. Yesterday was only 50 minutes, but I did get in a walk, and at least my job keeps me on my feet for lots of NEAT burn! I should be able to get at least a short workout done today, but tomorrow is more up in the air. Hubby has a medical procedure at 6am, God help me! I do have a plan for a quick breakfast & to go snack, so that should help. Anyway, hope everyone has a great day!
