Second month of maintenance. Finding able to calculate calorie intake in my head quite well, so pleased with the work I did posting food and exercise dairies in FS earlier in the year. Eating a variety of food and keeping the alcohol consumption down has helped keep my weight in check.

Forgot to add, mad scales have died over the month so am using a guesstimate based on the fit of my clothes and a bit of intuition plus feedback from the hubby. If I listened to him, I've dropped two dress sizes! NOT. Will we be replacing the scales? Not in a rush, however, watch this space.

Swimming outdoors is a very distant memory, have now resorted to running. Currently stepping out for approximately an hour each time and finding stamina is good. Who would have thought? Still cycling although the weather is cracking - high winds and heavy rain regularly. Will persist with the outdoors when I can, and use the static as a backup.

I have gone to basic yoga and found the most helpful link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbyHCkNEOKo. The explanations are clear and the boys focus on muscle isolation. They get a bit of flack but I like the link a lot. I've found my knees, hamstrings are very tight and the yoga has helped loosen these parts up whilst tightening the abs and butt.

All of my clothes are starting to hang off my frame but I'm reluctant to buy any new kit! Will persist - must say that I tried on most of my dresses and they look amazing. The material floats around my hip area, and my shoulders look as good as ever.
