Despite intensifying my workout routine, I see a drop. Grateful... lets see how November goes. High protein seems to be the way to go.
61.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It really does. Skipped the protein this morning and I feel it. Thank you LB, hoping to drop into the 50s by month end. Crossing fingers.

Hey CE, plodding along, I have had a sick pup for the past few weeks and we finally have diagnosis after 5 vet visits and many sleepless nights, this has interfered with my usual routine significantly, however we keep keeping on.... back on my workout schedule after missing some days last week. How is your journey going?

A tricky few weeks my side as well think the word ‘plodding’ sums it up too. But a sick 🐶 Noooooo! What was the Diagnosis? Also Hope Breezy’s Binx is doing better too… 🐈‍⬛
