So proud of myself for this win. Trying to lose weight with a chronic illness is incredibly challenging. Sometimes I'm out of the gym for days because of pain but staying within my deficit has helped.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
