GAME PLAN-
exercise in our weight room- Today, Wednesday, friday.
calorie track as much as i can.
finishing up half and half today and trying out oatmilk
eat the cantaloupe in place of chocolate bars

Oat milk is actually harmful and not healthy for the human body. Try using organic raw goats kefir or raw cows milk. Raw farms is a good brand or maple hill farm brand. If you eat any dairy make sure its raw and try organic pasture raised eggs or organic regenerative pasture raised eggs. Vital farm is a really good brand for clean healthy eggs. If you eat red meat, you always get 100% grass fed grass finished. For chicken you should look for air chilled organic pasture raised and heirloom chicken. If you eat rice make sure its organic because non organic rice is sprayed with glyphosates and pesticides and has arsenic and highly toxic. Same with fruit always eat organic fruit and raw honey and fruit has healthy natural sugars and vitamins and minerals your boy craves And good fiber. All other fiber in food blocks nutrient absorption. Same goes for brown rice is bad and destroys the gut lining. Stay away from vegetable that are high in oxalates because it is horrible to the body causing many issues and gut issues. Animal base 30 diet is an amazing diet and it is actually really cool and work wonders and its fun and never gets boring🙂 i hope this helps and good luck on your journey.
