Walking dear and lately my diet consists out of salad (carrot and pineapple,, and gren saled with tomato onion cucumber small amount of cheese) Yoghurt porridge out and soft mielie meel porridge. Fruits such as Apple And bananas. I completely cut out rice potatos bread and aniything cooked in ouilil and butter becouse I get alot of pain ones I do I do have a cup of sweet tee to avoid getting sicker. My boddy needs it sometimes
