Not a big drop this week, but I'll take it. It's that time of the month for me and I always retain a lot of water. Also today was day 1 of 5 weeks of T25.

Arm jiggle workout, 3 sets of 15 with 5lb weights: lying dumbbell extension seated tricep press tricep dumbbell kickback (each arm) reverse curl standing overhead dumbbell press dumbbell lateral raise
Treadmill 30 minutes, speed 3.3, incline 3.5
