i exsercise like the program are saying. i eat in my calorie budget but nothing my weight still basically the same. im getting frustrated.
85 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Scale weight is not the best measurement of progress. Water retention, food in gut, muscle gain ... all can cause the scale to show mo progress or even weight gain. Doesn't mean you aren't losing any fat. Take body measurements & progress photos too. How do you feel? Do you feel stronger, fitter? Are your clothes fitting better? There are much better ways to gauge progress other than a number on the scale.

Thanks, that makes sense. I will take before and after phitos and measurements. Thanks alot that explain it.
