I see you posted avo, eggs and toast and then lunch of about 400cal. What else to you eat to make up the 1200?

I have someone low calorie items on hand like trigz chips, nestle milo bars, futurelife protein bars and nuts.

Thanks - i dont like protein bars, but will check the milo bars calories
