1 month in. No weight loss but my metabolic age is minus 2 years. whoop whoop!! muscle mass up, body fat down. might just be worthwhile sticking to it for another 4 weeks.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
