Started my water fast today and I'm trusting God for a breakthrough.
110.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week

please watch nutrition by Kylie on YouTube about water fasting unless it is for religious reasons it is really not a healthy or sustainable weightloss method and could slow your metabolism and make your body hold weight easier when you eventually do eat, it's really not recommended
