Measurements as at 02.10.2022

Weight: 93.4kg
Waist: 101 cm
Thighs: 75cm
Arm: 40cm

Goal is to exercise 5 days a week and stick to a calorie deficit of 1500 calories a day.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

You got this but keep in mind that everyday isn't going to be perfect. When this happens please start again don't lose focus. Remember that motivation gets you started but consistently will make you finish. Be kind to yourself

Thanks Chrissy! This week was indeed tough but I am not giving up! Going to spend sometime meal planning to avoid eating anything that I can find!
