I've gone from 'being a little easier on myself' to eating absolutely horrible again. i hope i manage to pull myself back together before i do more damage to all my hard work...
71.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7 kg a Week

I am also in the same place. Carbs and sugar are my go to treats and unfortunately I've over done it. So I'm now drinking ginger water to help with the bloating and I'm making healthier treats...e.g protein bombs, dark chocolate bites... Don't give up, we've got this! 💪

That bad eating habit is a bi@$# to overcome. I went from 100.3 to 77. But I have lingered at 79 for more than 2 years because I constant put bad stuff in my mouth.
