I wanna give up
64.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The last few kg's are the hardest. I have been trying for so so so long to lose just two. I cannot do it unless I drop to below 1000 cal. Perhaps you have reached your body's healthy weight.

I'm there !!! I'm trying to go from 54kg back to 48kg and its a flippen struggle .. .calorie restriction, water and more water , excerise and it goes from 54 to the next day 53.7 then back to 54 the day after then 54.6kg and then back to 53.7kg .. I'm sick of it!!!

Ag dankie guys I really appreciate the motivation This app is worth gold Im struggling a lot , am overeating in sugar regularly so I know exactly where I am going wrong,but its like addiction, I will dive right into sugary stuff then feel the guilt.... did sooooo well losing 22kg over a freaken year and now just stuck and between 64/65 the whole time.... im so pissed off with myself for this.... how can I lose 5kg in 3 weeks? Like I think I need a real eating plan now, my exercising is going well tho

DO NOT give up. Try swapping your meals, e.g eat breakfast for supper and vice versa( shock your body)
