Been here for 2 weeks with spikes now and then. Signed up at Virgin Active yesterday so finally getting back to exercise. Excited to grow my baby muscles again!
57.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you! First time in years I'm going to a traditional gym and it's so liberating how you really don't give a damn when you're older. Younger me would have been so self conscious!
