Hi All not keeping records of my food and weight this week, off work and well this sounds daft, but I am personally trying to wizz the weight upas much as I can this week. so by the time my week off finishes next Sunday I can face the scales knowing I have gone up a lot. You see if I see a lot of weight on, it will make me far more determined to try much harder and I will lose the weight. Because knowing I only need to lose a little I never get there this way I will.
