The exercise is much better than worrying too much about nutrition because it will continue burning calories even at rest.

It was fine. Eye healing as it should. Currently having the house rewired so lots of disruptions to my routine which is always a good excuse for me to eat. I'll be back at some point soon. Just not a priority right now. Hope you all are well! 💕😘
