how many calories did you consume while🤰 which kept you from gaining a lot of weight?

I didn't count. I didn't have the energy. I listened to Doug Lyle's how to loose weight without loosing your mind on YouTube. Who basically changed the way i see food. It's almost impossable to overeat on whole foods, he taught me. Basically. I replaced all sweets with fruit. And tried to make sure half of my plate is veggies. At night we ate soup every second night. My husband added cheese to his dinner but had cheese almost never.. I never worried about overeatong. you don't want to overeat whole foods. It was also easier than normally because i struggled with nautia if i ate bad.

I also had bread with my souo. Just plain bread with nothing on it. But good quality bread. I love bread just like that. So it worked great for me

But ..i have pizza once a week because i love it and i always eat too much. I also go the the grandparents twice a week and eat whatever they give me. Except for desert. Now I'm eating desert again...we will see if i should stop again
