I had breakfast early today so I could eat before I left to get my hair done. That was about a 2 1/2 hour process. I was feeling hungry when I got in my car afterwards. I had decided to drive down to the mall to look for shoes. I debated stopping for something but instead just drank a lot of water from my thermal cup. I was going to eat a fiber bar I had in my purse...til I remembered I only brought my wallet purse...the fiber bar was at home 😏

I stopped at several stores to check what they had in stock but wasn't finding what I wanted. I had looked online & Rack Room Shoes had a couple of styles I thought might work. They're located at the Outlet Mall, but I couldn't remember exactly where. I parked & looked in Chico's & Ann Taylor. I moved my car to the other end of the mall & set out for RR. The Rack Room website had their suite # wrong so I ended up walking quite a bit up & down the aisles. Finally, I asked someone at the food court if they could point me in the right direction. I found the store & they had several styles of silver shoes. I decided on a pair then looked around a little more. The pair I wanted was part of a buy one get one half off sale. I walked around some more then decided I was too tired & hungry to look anymore. When I paid for my shoes they rang up $10 less than the sale price they had on the shelf 😁 I had to walk by Bath & Body Works to get to my car so I stopped & bought some body wash (on sale) to put in my gym bag. Then....I got confused to the actual aisle I had parked on. I had ended up further from my car than I thought. Thank goodness for the "Alarm Button" on my key fob. I had planned to stop & buy Almond milk & TP but decided at that point I was going straight home. Lots & Lots of steps today.

The deer were in the gardens several times today. I finally figured I better go out & spray the deer repellant before they ate everything. There was evidence they had already nibbled on several plants.

I ended the day under 1600 calories & my protein was a bit low. Since yesterday was so high, I'm still averaging over 90 g. a day.

My Hair Stylist & I talked about the Gym & my trainer. I have shared info about FS. with her but I don't think she's ever decided to use it. She asked about what I eat for breakfast. Her day starts really early & she's busy all day. So she ends up picking up takeout for meals. She drives a school bus route so that she can have health insurance & has her own shop to do hair. I sympathize with how difficult it can be to work full time & fit in time to cook healthy meals & work out.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

OMG, how many times I've parked the car at the mall then went blank to where I left it! 🤣 (Have you ever forgotten which entrance you used? I use those times as an excuse to go back inside for that one little item I'm sure I forgot to get 😂 #awomansrighttoshop

Breezy, I wish this was the first time I "misplaced" my car 🙄 I even made a note of where I was when I got out of it. No going back in yesterday...I was tired & hungry & had rubbed a blister on my foot walking up & down the aisles. I have used the alarm button a few times with this car. Very handy!!
