I am feeling so depressed tonight. I can just not get into a working situation. I am OK with my breakfast but then I get busy and forget everything for the rest of the day. I am going to loose my mind.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This is me, the water is the worst... We have to remind ourselves that no one can look after us but ourselves. Goodluck.

Good luck , hang in there.Try taking long walks and just try get more fresh air.

The best is to take it day by day, hour by hour at most. Don’t be hard on yourself be patient and the rest will come 🌻

Try to set reminders/alarms on your phone. I teach full time (07:15-19:00) and I really struggle. But reminders help. I also try to incorporate food that is "quick" or "easy". Biltong, tomato, grapes, little rice cakes etc.
