Slight decrease 😊 on the scale.

Workout with Sammie (my trainer) today. Focused on upper body & some core exercises. We did a body scan & I'm happy to see my body fat % is going down & muscle is increasing. Sammie also says she can see changes in my body....some tightening up. I'm having a harder time seeing it...she says cause I'm used to seeing myself every day. Hubby is seeing progress, too.

I think walking all day on Saturday in rain boots caused some pain in my right leg on the Treadmill today.

I need to find shoes to wear to my Niece's wedding. Hubby thinks I should have shoes, but I have something in mind and they aren't in my closet. 😏

Thursday I have an appointment to get my hair done....cut & color.

I went over my calories last week. I was very pleased I got my Protein up. I have an appointment to get blood work for an upcoming Doctor Appt. on Monday. I need to reschedule the Doctor Appt. cause it falls during our vacation. I want to go ahead & do the blood work before vacation so it accurately reflects my normal WOE & habits from the past 6 months....not vacation habits.

Laundry & housework tomorrow. Now that I'm going to the Gym 3 days a week, I need to be more disciplined about planning other things I want to accomplish.
63.9 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
