from today i mustveat right again. i try to eat 1400 calories byt i ended up on 1640 calories. i will try tomorrow again. but i did do a 30 min cycle on spinning bike. maybe it will help.
86.7 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi! You can even try herbalife shakes! They are full of nutrients! I've lost 12kg in 3mths with healthy eating, calorie count and shake! And I'm diabetic and have cholesterol...
