Yay! No cappuccinos is working. Plateau broken and weight coming down. Cappuccinos are not food. They are not consumed as nutrition for my body. Therefore there is no satiety. I can drink them ongoing. However with real food I reach a point where I have had anough. I now have a coffee free body. It feels good. And I get to live in it every day. And now I am on tract to hit the 80s in six weeks. This is week 1. Another 5 weeks and I will be 89kg. And then I can wear a smaller size jeans.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week

Serious? I thought coffee helps fill u up etc I drink 10 cups a day incl cappuccinos

i have green tea…. which helps when feel for coffee especially when it is cold weather. Good luck.. we want to see you fit in those jeans 👖

Goals!!! I think my first step is to stop drinking cappuccino and go back to plain black coffee! I have developed this bad habit of buying cappuccino at work every morning…🥲😭

It's not the coffee that is a problem. Cappuccino is basically a cup of milk, with coffee flavour. for weight loss purposes treat it as a glass of milk. Lots of carbs in the lactose. And worse, is that I can drink 3 or 4. If you still want coffee then drink black. I have found it easier to cut coffee. I first switched to decaf, to ease the caffeine addiction, and then once that had stabilised, I cut that as well.
