Well, apparently no more bouillion for me. I did not cheat at all so that is the only thing that explains the big jump. It'll come off in the next day or 2 so I'm not freaking out. but JEESH.

boulion has sodium. It's just water weight. there
s almost no calories in it. If you want it and it helps your diet to be sustainable, have it. You just drink extra water to flush out the sodium.

Thanks Suzi. I've been drinking 6-7 20 oz bottles of water. The extra water weight on the scale bugs me even though I know what it's from. It wasn't a big deal to have it or not have it. Thought I needed a bit more sodium to perk up the first week but it wasn't even all that appetizing. I can do it again but probably won't. :)

Definitely from all the salt in the bouillon - very high and will make you hold water!
