Hello All, weekend starts for me now. Need to do more steps and exercise bike. Waiting for the Doctor to ring he has to tell me about my blood tests lacking iron. ( easy to change my diet). How are you all doing at home and work? Hope you are all well, safe and Happy. very best wishes Merry Mel ❤️

Hi think changing your diet may not give you the amount of iron needed, I take 2 iron tablets daily also I have some Prunes If you look it up on Google The benifit of eating Prunes it is very helpful I have just 2 prunes daily with Breakfast It is tinned Prunes and they are very nice hope this is ok & helps good luck.
